Meet Dr. Lee Goozdich

Understanding the Benefits of Chiropractic

Dr. Lee GoozdichAs a high school wrestling athlete, Dr. Goozdich suffered from a badly pinched nerve in his neck. He saw his mom’s chiropractor for treatment, who alleviated his pain and told him about the effect of the nerve system on his general health. The additional benefits included that the chronic allergies and sinus problems Dr. Goozdich had since childhood were improved. “Then and there, I decided that was what I wanted to do.”

Dr. Goozdich attended Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, California. He obtained a Doctor of Chiropractic in 1987 as the youngest graduate ever at the time, just 23 years old.

While in college, he trained with the chiropractor for the San Francisco 49ers during their golden years with quarterback Joe Montana. It gave him experience and training in treating top athletes, which he puts to use today in his own practice.

Delivering Health Care to the Centerville Community

After more than 30 years in practice, Dr. Goozdich is proud to have built a successful practice based on word-of-mouth referrals. Our community members place their trust in us, and we’re pleased to have shown so many different people the results they want.

I enjoy being able to help so many different conditions by assisting the body in reaching its full potential. It isn’t just for headaches or sciatica. It helped me with sinus issues and can give relief to children with problems like earaches. The way the body is capable of healing itself if you remove interference is a powerful thing.

The additional studies Dr. Goozdich has undertaken include a 300-hour course in rehabilitation. He’s licensed to perform manipulation under anesthesia, and is a published author in the Journal of Manipulative and Physiological Therapeutics.

A Family-oriented Life

Outside of the office, Dr. Goozdich stays busy with his tight-knit family. He married his high school sweetheart Ruthann, and they have four children and one grandchild. Their daughter Paige is our office manager, making National Pike Chiropractic a true family practice. They’re outdoorsy and enjoy kayaking, fishing, hiking and camping. Dr. Goozdich is a member of the Pennsylvania Chiropractic Association.

We offer same-day appointments, and walk-ins are welcome. Contact us today to discuss what we may be able to do for you!
