Chiropractic Care

adjusting A technique designed to restore normal movement and function in a joint that is restricted or fixated. This is by far the most synonymous treatment associated with chiropractic but is certainly not the only one!

The adjustment will apply gentle pressure and a shallow thrust to restore normal motion. The adjustment is typically associated with a “pop” or “crack”, which is the result of the release of gas from the joint(s).

The chiropractic adjustment was deemed the gold standard technique for low back pain in 1994.

To date, many studies have proven its effectiveness, safety and high levels of patient satisfaction for a variety of other neuromusculoskeletal conditions. This includes neck pain & headaches, extremity pain, sprains & strains, and peripheral nerve entrapments like Carpal Tunnel or Thoracic Outlet Syndrome.

If you’ve been experiencing pain or sickness, it may be due to a breakdown in your body. As a chiropractor, Dr. Matt locates misalignments in your spine that can cause irritation to your nerves or an imbalance in your muscles. Chiropractors take a different approach than other health professionals by treating the cause of your issue rather than covering up the symptoms.

We have success in treating the following:

 • Chronic pain
 • Disc-related problems
 • Extremity Issues
 • Sports-related injuries
 • Soft Tissue Injuries like tendinitis or sprain/strain injuries
 • Spinal Stenosis
 • Sciatica
 • Postural Imbalances
 • Fibromyalgia
 • Headaches
 • Low back pain
 • Neck pain
